Major Area Structure Plans

Purpose


Major Area Structure Plans (MASP) form a detailed framework for the subdivision and development of a specific area of land.

Future plans and procedures to deal with issues such as land use, environment, storm water management, and transportation and utility routes make up the bulk of these documents.

Major Area Structure Plans Currently Being Created

The Planning and Development Department is currently working on the following Major Area Structure Plan(s):

Highway 28 and Highway 41 Area Structure Plan.

Open houses were held April 5 and September 10.

There will be a public hearing held October 10, 2018 at 10 a.m., in Council Chambers, at 4905-50 Ave., Bonnyville.
