PUBLIC HEARING

Take notice that the Council of the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 is proposing to pass bylaws pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act.

FILE NO: 2018-A-002

Land Use Bylaw No. LU 566 -

Bylaw No. 1667, being the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 Land Use Bylaw, be amended as follows:

THAT Schedule 1 - Land Use Bylaw Map be amended such that Pt of the NW Quarter of Section 10, Township 61, Range 6, West of the Fourth Meridian (NW 10-61-6-W4M - 18 Acres more or less) be designated as: 11.5 acres more or less from Country Residential (Estate) District 'CR3' to Agricultural 'A' and 6.5 acres more or less from Country Residential (Estate) District 'CR3' to Country Residential (Resort) District 'CR' as outlined in red on the attached Schedule "A", Map LU No. 566.

The Council will cause a Public Hearing to be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Office, 4905-50 Avenue, Bonnyville, Alberta at which time objections to the proposed bylaws may be made and discussed. Submissions to the Public Hearing should be made in writing.

A copy of the proposed bylaws and related documents may be reviewed at the above address between the hours of 8:30 AM - 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM during week days or on the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 website at www.md.bonnyville.ab.ca. Any written submissions must be provided two days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
