Bylaws

Bylaws are municipal laws created under the authority of the Municipal Government Act to maintain the health, safety, and wellness of the community. The Municipal District of Bonnyville’s bylaws are enacted by M.D. Council and maintained by the Legislative and Information Services Department.

Bylaws, as presented here, have no legal sanction and are presented solely for the purpose of research and ease of reference. If you require an official copy of a bylaw, please contact the M.D. Legislative and Information Services department.
