Current Annexation Proposals
The City of Cold Lake has sent a Notice of Intent to the Land and Property Rights Tribunal proposing the annexation of the equivalent of two quarter sections from the Municipal District of Bonnyville.
The M.D. has received a letter of intent from the City regarding the annexation. Read the letter here.

The M.D. and City have held an initial meeting. The City held public engagement sessions in late 2022.
