The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 (M.D.) is now accepting bids for Municipal Lands Licensing Agreements, for agricultural purposes, pursuant to C-3A.020 Licensing of Municipal Lands Policy for the following property in the M.D. 

Please note the following information is applicable to all Municipal Lands Licensing Agreements: 

1. The preparation of the land for seeding, if applicable, will be done in 2024; 
2. Property taxes will also be the responsibility of the successful bidder, as per the Municipal Government Act; and 
3. The License Agreement will be for a three-year term, effective January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026, with the option to be extended for one additional three-year term.
