PUBLIC NOTICE
LICENSING AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY OCCUPATION AND USE OF ROADWAY
Take notice that an application has been made to the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 (M.D.) for a license for temporary occupation or use of a roadway in the M.D.
Bylaw No. 1842 which grants a license for the temporary occupation or use of a roadway, pursuant to Section 13(1)(o) of the Traffic Safety Act, Chapter T-6, R.S.A. 2000, is described as follows:
A portion of Government Road Allowance north of NE 22-63-9-W4M commencing approximately 385 metres west of the east boundary of NE 22-63-9-W4M for approximately 130 metres, reserving unto His Majesty all mines and minerals.
Should you wish to make comments on the proposed Bylaw, written submissions must be forwarded to this office by noon, May 11, 2023, in order for your comments to be included in the Council agenda and considered prior to second reading of the Bylaw.
Submissions may be mailed, e-mailed, faxed, or delivered to M.D. of Bonnyville and must be consistent with Procedural Bylaw No. 1787.
Should you make a written or verbal submission, the information you provide along with your name and legal address will be made public, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
