[ARCHIVED] Welcome to our Guests From Fort McMurray

We appreciate these are difficult times for those who have been forced to leave their homes in Fort McMurray. While in Bonnyville, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. At this time we do not have an official Evacuation Reception Centre, in Bonnyville but we want to make sure that your needs are met and any questions you have about our community is accessible to you.
We would encourage you to keep up with the latest information on line by following messages sent by the R.M. Of Wood Buffalo through their official Facebook and/or Twitter feed. You should also follow the official Government of Alberta Emergency Management Agency news through the AEMA App or their website.
Questions about services for those who have been displaced, please call 310-4455
If you have not already registered your location with an official Evacuation Centre, this can be done through Red Cross at 1-88-350-6070
We would also advise it may be in your interest to contact your insurance provider immediately to have any claim information started as soon as possible. Keep copies of all receipts for insurance purposes.
To assist with your stay in Bonnyville, the Town and M.D. of Bonnyville have complied welcome packages for you, which include information about our amenities and services.
