The M.D. regrets to announce the suspension of its Hardship and Flag programs – effective immediately.
The M.D. received upwards of 12 inches of snow during the spring snowstorm Easter weekend. The heavy, wet snow, coupled with the spring thaw, has led to soft ground conditions. It is because of these conditions the programs have been suspended.
Our snow removal crews have attempted to remove snow from driveways. However, due to the soft ground, we found we are causing damage not only to M.D. equipment, but to your property as well.
