As part of the Rural Crime Prevention Program, M.D. Peace Officer Dan Hansen is conducting rural crime open houses regarding vehicle theft and crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED).
He will go over the most commonly stolen vehicles and have some tips on how to keep your vehicles (including farm and commercial vehicles) and properties safe. Open houses are currently scheduled for the following dates:
April 23 – Ardmore Community Hall – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
April 30 – Shaw House, Vezeau Beach – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
