Description:

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents to complete a design build for a new combined firehall and grader shop in Cherry Grove, Alberta.

The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 (M.D.) is located in Alberta’s Northeast region. The project area is approximately 12 kilometres southeast of the City of Cold Lake, located at the northwest corner of the junction at Range Road 412 and Highway 55 (NE-10-62-01-W4M).

As noted in the RFP documents (as found in the Related Documents section), the services to be performed by the successful Proponent shall include architectural, mechanical, structural, electrical, civil, commissioning, and landscape architectural consulting services for the project. The successful proponent shall also be responsible for constructing the new building and all construction & quality control management.
